Technical Support Manager
I have been working with database servers since 1995 in a variety of industries and many roles from analyst/programmer, to DBA to development and support leads.
My main skills are: Informix: all database servers from SE through to the latest 12.10, Informix SQL/4gl, Genero, Perl, Unix & Linux. I also have skills in IBM DB2 and Netezza.
I have acquired valuable skills working as the technical support manager at Oninit.
Overseeing the administration of the support desk, I am key in improving the quality and efficiency of the customer support delivery, overhauling the call logging software, defining and documenting procedures and creating new management reports.
Recently I lead the project to achieve ISO 27001 certification, and am continuing on in the security role as Chief Information Security Officer to ensure the standard is maintained.
